The Depot Rules
The Depot has some of the biggest concerts and musical events around. But to make sure it’s fun for everyone, there are a few rules that you have to follow.
Make sure you read the rules below so you know what to expect. They will help you avoid any issues during your visit to the venue. Please note that some events may have slightly different rules and management reserves the right to modify their rules for each event.

Accessibility Policy
The Depot events are usually general admission with standing room only. So guests that cannot stand for long periods of time may not have the best experience. There are a rare few seated events and that will be mentioned in the program description. If you are uncertain if an event is seated or not, please call the venue.
If you require special accommodations not listed above, then the venue is happy to help. Please call them at 801.456.2800. At least two (2) weeks rior to the event date to discuss how they can help.
Bag Policy
Guests are not permitted to carry bags into the venue that are larger than the size of a small purse. Management reserves the right to inspect bags. Guests refusing inspection requests may be barred entry.
Camera Policy
For most events, professional cameras or cameras with detachable lenses and flash are not permitted. Management also reserves the right to examine and prohibit the use of any camera that conflicts with policy set by the event coordinators.
Child Policy
Children must have a ticket to attend a show if a show is an all-ages event. Any show that is age-restricted may not allow a minor to attend even with a parent or legal guardian present. Age-restricted events will also require an ID.
COVID-19 Related Policy

The Depot is committed to doing everything they can to ensure we can continue bringing amazing live concerts to fans. ALL shows will require attendees to provide proof of a negative COVID-19 test result within 72 hours of the event OR full COVID-19 vaccination (at least two weeks after final dose). Proof must be a PRINTED copy of a negative test result or vaccination, or the original vaccination card.
Please note that requirements and venue protocols, such as testing and vaccination, are subject to change, so be sure to contact the venue closer to your event date for the latest information.
- Face coverings are strongly recommended for fans who are not fully vaccinated, unless actively eating or drinking, per CDC guidelines.
- Arrive at designated door time & entrance as listed on your tickets
- Plan to arrive with your entire party to help assist with staggered arrival times
- Adhere to the venue’s CLEAR BAG POLICY
Only the following bags are allowed:
- Clear plastic, vinyl or PVC bags
- (Maximum size: 12″x6″x12″)
- Small clutch bags approximately the size of a hand
- (Maximum size: 4.5″x6.5″)
- Observe and comply with signage and guidelines posted throughout the venue.
- Practice good hygiene (wash your hands frequently, don’t touch your face)
- If you’re not feeling well, please stay home and get well.
Certain events may have different safety protocols based on each touring acts’ requests. Please visit the individual event page to see if your event has any specific requirements.
By visiting The Depot, guests voluntarily assume all risks related to exposure to COVID-19.
Lost and Found Policy
If you have misplaced an item at The Depot please contact lost and found at 801.456.2800 for assistance. Items left unclaimed will be discarded after two (2) weeks.
Mask Policy
Guests who are not vaccinated are asked to wear masks during their visit.

Prohibited Items
These rules detail what is not allowed at the venue.
- No Outside Food or Drink Allowed
- No guns, knives, weapons, pepper spray, projectiles of any kind, or any other item that could be used to inflict harm.
- Replicas of any type of weapon are NOT permitted
- No drugs, drug paraphernalia or illegal substances of any kind
- No personal video cameras, Go-Pros, selfie sticks, drones, masks or laser pointers.
- No professional audio, video, or audio recording equipment – (including detachable lenses, tripods, zooms or commercial use rigs)
- No unsealed liquids or gels of any kind
- No markers of any kind
- No jewelry or clothing that could inflict harm
- No large bags over (10″ x 10″), backpacks, Camelbacks or Bota bags
- No stuffed animals or toys of any kind
These could be subject to change per the artist request.
The Depot reserves the right to search anyone, and their belongings, who enter the premises.
Smoking Rules
Smoking is prohibited in all public areas at The Depot. This includes vaporizers and electronic cigarettes. Please contact a member of staff for information on approved smoking areas nearby.
